In order to guarantee the best experience for our buyers and suppliers, we have a Returns Fair Use Policy as follows:
- Free returns are limited to 4 items per month
- Beyond 4 items per month, there will be a return shipping fee of $35 USD per item returned
- You may return eligible items up until 35 days after you receive them. Your return must be in possession of Nivoda no later than the 35th day.
